PNC Arena

Tri Venture with Metcon | TA Loving | and Blum. The project will consist of the renovation of the existing PNC Arena located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The PNC Arena was originally constructed in 1999 and has had several partial renovations over the past 23 years. This project is intended to renovate much of the arena, within the defined budget, with the goal of improving the arena sufficiently to make it more competitive with its peer institutions. The renovations will focus on revenue generating spaces and improvements to the functional operation of the arena. Capital Improvements, (CAPX) projects will also be considered and coordinated with the overall renovation as appropriate.
