Pembroke Senior Village, owned by the Lumbee Tribe, is a thoughtfully designed senior living community that provides safe, modern, and energy-efficient housing for elders in the Pembroke area. The development features 25 single-story duplex buildings, offering a total of 50 residential units—comprised of (30) one-bedroom units in fifteen buildings and (20) two-bedroom units in ten buildings. To support resident comfort and community engagement, the project includes a dedicated community building, a mail kiosk, and two picnic shelters. Designed to achieve ENERGY STAR® Certification, Pembroke Senior Village reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency, and long-term value. This community-centered project provides dignified, accessible, and culturally rooted housing that enhances the quality of life for Lumbee elders.
