CMS –Lebanon, Bain, Piney Grove Relief Elementary

CMS Lebanon, Bain, Piney Grove Relief Elementary School is two-story steel and masonry construction. The School is about 102,740 sqft building with multi color unit masonry and structural masonry. Exterior of the building also includes storefronts, metal windows, curtainwalls, metal panels and soffit panels with TPO roofing. School will provide multiple classrooms, individual bathrooms for some of the classrooms, tutoring rooms, dining room, school kitchen, staff offices, library/media room, multipurpose room with sports equipment and theater equipment. Interior finishes of school will consist of VCT, carpet tile, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Acoustical Wall Panels, Painting, Gypsum board walls and ceiling, interior folding partition wall, ceramic tiles, LED lightings, etc.

The new Northwest Harnett School will be constructed on an undeveloped open agricultural site located at 736 Rollins Road Fuquay-Varina, NC.  The new 2 story building is broken up into 3 conjoining sections totaling 121,578 sqft. It will house students in kindergarten to fifth grade.  Construction will include concrete spread foundations, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck, brick and CMU load-bearing exterior cavity wall construction with spray foam insulation, structural steel & bar joist framing with standing seam metal roofing on rigid insulation over metal deck.  Interior finishes include CMU partitions, gypsum board partitions, acoustical ceilings, vinyl flooring, hard tile, aluminum windows, storefront, personnel doors & hardware, misc. specialties, casework, and window treatments.  Mechanical system will be water source heat pumps with dedicated outside air.  Electrical will included LED lighting and low voltage systems.  Fire protection sprinkler, elevator, fixed seating, food service, athletic & stage equipment are also included.  Site work will include grading, utilities, storm drainage, paving, play fields, landscaping, fencing and other site improvements.
