Including contract negotiations, managing the contract lifecycle, client engagement and management. Leveraging this foundation he drives project objectives, resolves complex issues, and consistently delivers successful projects on schedule and within budget, while developing high performing teams, surpassing client and organizational expectations, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
