The Shoot for Hope & Healing is an annual charity sporting clay tournament hosted by Metcon, Inc.. The friendly shooting competition brings together local businesses, donors, and community members to support the Metcon Community & Education Foundation. All of the money raised by the event goes directly toward funding workforce development training and college student scholarships across North Carolina. At the second annual tournament, the community raised over $70,000 to support these education and career initiatives.
