Fayetteville State University Bronco Hall
- Location: Fayetteville, NC
- Architect: Jenkins Peer Architects
Bronco Pride Hall is Fayetteville State University’s newest four-story residential community, offering 78,093 square feet of modern, student-centered living space designed to support FSU’s growing campus population. The project includes 370 student beds configured primarily as double-bed bedrooms with internal bathrooms, as well as two dedicated staff apartments to support on-site housing operations. Designed to serve primarily freshmen and sophomores, the residence hall features a mix of single- and double-occupancy units, each equipped with a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Inspired by the popular Renaissance Hall layout, the double-occupancy rooms promote collaboration, convenience, and a strong sense of community. Thoughtfully planned to blend comfort, efficiency, and contemporary design, Bronco Pride Hall provides a vibrant, welcoming environment that enhances the student living experience and strengthens campus engagement.
