Bronco Pride Hall is Fayetteville State University’s newest four-story residential community, offering 87,930 square feet of modern, student-centered living space designed to support FSU’s growing campus population. The facility houses 336 students—primarily freshmen and sophomores—in a mix of single- and double-occupancy units, each equipped with a private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Inspired by the popular Renaissance Hall layout, the double-occupancy rooms promote collaboration, convenience, and a strong sense of community. Thoughtfully planned to blend comfort, efficiency, and contemporary design, Bronco Pride Hall provides a vibrant, welcoming environment that enhances the student living experience and strengthens campus engagement.
