About Metcon:
The Tradition of Building Excellence
Metcon has been building excellence for our clients since our inception. North Carolina owned and operated since 2000, we have grown from a small local general contractor into one of the most capable and trusted providers of construction services. As the Carolina’s largest minority owned construction firm, we have a unique perspective that is invaluable in our industry. True to our Native American Culture is an appreciation for the environment, sustainable construction, and environmental stewardship. To that end, Metcon is also proud to be a leader in the construction of energy positive buildings that generate more energy than they consume. Our company has completed more energy positive buildings than any other construction firm in the US and (4) of our energy positive projects have won national “Best of the Best” awards from Engineering News and Record. But more than our portfolio of projects and awards, is our people. Their dedication to exceeding our client’s expectations, their problem solving, capacity for technology and innovation, and uncompromised commitment to safety, make Metcon not only a great place to work, but a great partner for our clients.
