Currently installing infrastructure to support 412 new homes in Durham, NC off NC Highway 751 about 2 miles south of Streets at Southpoint Mall. The scope of this work includes underground storm, sanitary sewer, water, storm water ponds, two lift stations, roads, curb and gutter, and sidewalks.
