The GCS – Brooks Global Studies Elementary School is located at 400 Ashland Drive, Greensboro, NC 27403. The new school is approximately 80,000 Square feet and will be a 3 – story building with associated drive and parking areas. In general, we anticipate the new building will consist of Structural Steel and CMU load bearing walls supported on shallow spread foundations.
