Comtech Business includes affordable office spaces for small businesses locating within the Comtech Park. Master planning includes a total build out of 30,000 SF in phase 1 with a total of 3 phases planned. Office and/or storage combination units are available from 1,000 SF on up to the desired size and specifications of each client. Work also included all necessary infrastructure to include parking lots, water, sewer, and landscaping.
