Joint Venture project with Balfour Beatty Construction. New two- story, 316 bed addition to the existing Cumberland County Jail included both dormitory and maximum-security inmate housing. Project also included minor modifications to areas in the existing facility as required to integrate the new systems into the existing infrastructure, as well as necessary site improvements to support the facility expansion.
