Duke Medical Facility

Work consisted of renovations and up-fit for the conversion of an existing retired Winn-Dixie Store into new Medical Office Space. Existing building contains 48,755 SF and is a one-story structure. Work included removal of exterior facade and construction of new facade improvements. Interior renovation of building and up-fit of approximately 10,000 SF of new area. Site work included patching of asphalt and concrete, extension of water and sewer lines, and up-fit exterior facade.
