172,500 square feet of Luxury Hotel and Convention Center, the new hotel includes 167 suites, large and small meeting areas, pool, restaurant, and bar. The building is constructed using block and plank construction with structural steel support members. Designed to achieve LEED silver status by U.S.G.B.C., the construction management at risk project also included our team performing comprehensive pre-construction services.
