Lumbee Senior Village- Rennert (Phase I Civil/Site Infrastructure):

- For the Lumbee Tribe’s Rennert Senior Village Subdivision Sitework project, Metcon is tasked with developing primary infrastructure across a 10-acre site dedicated to elderly housing. The scope includes the creation of 9 residential lots and 1 community center lot, alongside essential site features such as erosion control and rough grading to ensure stability and suitability for construction. Detailed work encompasses fine grading, installation of driveways and pipe culverts, and the construction of sidewalks and roads compliant with NCDOT standards. Additionally, the project involves laying a 6” PVC water line with service connections, creating driveways and parking areas specifically for the community building, and installing 18” curb and gutter infrastructure to enhance accessibility and functionality throughout the development.
