Lumberton Ford & Quick Lane

- The project was completed in two phases. The first phase consisted of interior renovations to the showroom, customer waiting lounge, conference rooms and sales offices of Lumberton Ford. The exterior renovation includes the installation of ACM, corrugated metal panels, paint, and Ford & Lincoln corporate signage. The renovated dealership features modern decor and high level finishes that closely following Lincoln’s corporate prototype. Construction took place while the existing service and sales remained operational.
- The second phase was a designed build of a 5,400 square foot Quick Lane Service Center next door to Lumberton Ford Motor Company to create space for the oil and tire changing facility. The Quick Lane includes eight bays for vehicles on the service floor, a reception and waiting area and new storage rooms. The structure consists of pre-engineered metal building system, standing seam metal roof and metal stud walls, multiple types of metal wall panels.
