Metcon’s Community and Education Foundation
1

This year in honor of our 20 th Anniversary, Metcon established our Community and Education Foundation.
Our Foundation serves in many ways, its prime goal is to create pathways for success for the people of NC and beyond. Our Metcon family has been serving our community in so many ways over the last 20 years. Our foundation goals align with our corporate mission – building sustainable communities, connecting our tribe with opportunities, serving our communities, and providing education and resources for a career in the construction industry. As such, our philosophy is that wherever we build, we have a responsibility to do so as sustainably as possible while involving the local community in a meaningful way.

Some of the things our foundation has already been involved in:
HURRICANE RELIEF EFFORTS
Metcon “Packed the Truck” for Robeson County full of much needed supplies and water for 11 shelters after Hurricane Florence.

BIKES FOR KIDS PROJECT
