Michael Konieczka brings over 30 years in the commercial construction industry with proven and balanced operational, business development and executive leadership experience with an expanded network of relationships represented in over 7 states. His experience serving in the roles of President / Chief Operating Officer, Business Unit Leader, Division Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Vice President of Business Development, demonstrates his unique skills as not only a leader but as a hands on “Seller Doer” with a proven track record of growing organizations and revenue through operational excellence, exemplary customer service, client and market segment diversity and enhanced technology and innovation.
Michael will oversee daily operations on Raleigh’s largest projects and will grow Raleigh division’s revenues, personnel, clients, and services.
