CMS – Nation’s Ford Sterling Creek Elementary Relief School
The new Elementary School is located on an 18-acre site on Sandy Porter Road in Charlotte. The school is a two-story structural steel & masonry building of approximately 102,500 sqft. 69,000 sqft on the 1st level and 51,500 sqft on the second level. Parking is provided for approximately 20 buses and 120 automobiles. Sitework includes demolition, clearing, grading, erosion control, pedestrian & vehicular pavements, underground utilities, storm drainage, fencing, landscaping and miscellaneous site improvements.

- The new School of Business will be UNCP’s signature building. The new facility will house classrooms, labs, administrative space, a food service element and an auditorium. The project is still in preconstruction planning and budgeting and slated to start later this summer. It is currently being designed as energy positive and will be the first energy positive project for the UNC System.

- Remodel of a 3-story building with a Base Bid that will include the Envelop, and lst floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor upfit will be priced as alternates. Project includes asbestos abatement, selective interior demolition, selective roof top demolition, concrete patching, helic piers, masonry, steel, paint, carpet, tile, cabinetry, drywall, rough carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, owner supplied furnishings, roof repairs, installation of new elevator, fire and life safety upgrade, site work, utilities and landscaping.

- New three story, 370 bed residence hall at Grace Black Circle on Fayetteville State University campus. Masonry construction with brick, stone and glass veneer. Totaling 85,000 SF, the new facility features two & four bedroom suites, study areas, meeting space, learning labs, laundry facilities and kitchen.
