With 35 years’ experience and over 1.5 million square feet of completed construction, Rusty offers a wealth of project knowledge and experience to the team. He is well seasoned in developer led projects and his insight plays a critical role with our clients.  From design-build and Construction Management to hard bid and negotiated projects, his familiarity with multiple delivery systems combined with a proven track record make him a team leader for successful project delivery. Rusty is well versed in computerized scheduling, accounting and project management systems. He is a clear, concise communicator and has managed intricate challenging work meeting and exceeding Owner’s expectations.

Rusty attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and has a deep appreciation for Music and Travel.
