New Student Residence Hall, 126,300SF and 444 bed semi-suite building. The new building is constructed on the Bailey Street Apartment site on UNC School of the Arts Campus in Winston-Salem, NC. The semi-suite building houses it’s first-and second-year students subject to the School’s two-year residency requirement.
