Tom Plant will serves as VP and Market Leader for the Raleigh region operations reporting to the COO. Tom brings over 35 years of experience to the role, deep relationships in the Triangle, and has successfully delivered over $1.5 Billion in construction projects for the Healthcare, Life Science, Higher Education, Senior Living, Office Commercial, Industrial and Hospitality markets. Tom’s construction career began in Healthcare Construction Industry prior to moving to NC. He began working with McDevitt Street Bovis in 1993 in Project Management and grew to VP Operations and Division Leader role for Bovis/Lend Lease in 2009 overseeing the Raleigh/Triangle Operations. Tom is a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Most recently, Tom has served as Vice President and Division Manager for Choate Construction for their Raleigh division. Tom is a client-focused leader committed to operating in a transparent, collaborative work environment. His proven record in delivering high quality projects and their financial success as well as his commitment to safety will be an asset to our project teams. His deep project resume includes some of the largest and most complex projects completed in NC over the last 20 years. His leadership and expertise will prove invaluable as we continue to develop our talented employees, focus on Goal One Safety, and our commitment to be Operationally Excellent.
