At over 198,000 SF, Laurel Hall is a new 406 bed, suite-style building in South Village that offers groups of freshmen the opportunity to share living and bathroom space in two-person or single-person bedroom units. Laurel Hall offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom suites. The bedrooms in Laurel vary in style, as there are 12 different unit types throughout the building. The building also has classroom space, game room, community lounges, community kitchens and central laundry facilities on each floor.
