  • This project involves the construction of a two-story building that houses the University’s Student Health Services on the first floor and the Consulting Center on the second floor. There is 5,741 sf of enclosed space and 344 sf of covered space at the first floor and 5,557 sf of enclosed space at the second floor. Total amount of 11,289 sf of enclosed space. The building has a steel frame with metal studs and brick veneer exterior walls; aluminum curtainwall framing with transparent glazing, spandrel glass and aluminum panels; aluminum entrance doors; PVC roofing on rigid insulation on glass fiber gypsum board sheathing on metal deck; first floor is concrete slab-on-grade and second floor is composite concrete slab on metal decking. Inside there is gypsum wallboard wall finish; gypsum wallboard and exposed grid acoustical panel ceilings; wood doors in aluminum frames, ceramic tile, carpet and vinyl composition tile flooring.
