University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Medicine – Medical Education Building

Today, nearly half of all medical doctors trained at the UNC School of Medicine, practice in the State of North Carolina and the majority of their training occurred in Berryhill Hall. The building is past prime not only in age, but also in function. The new building will address these deficiencies and replace Berryhill Hall with a new facility that will allow the Medical Education program to compete with top medical schools across the country, schools that have already invested in state of the art facilities.
This is a Joint Venture with our trusted partner, Brasfield & Gorrie and is a Construction Management at Risk Delivery. The project is one of the Connect NC Bond Projects. Construction is scheduled to begin 2nd quarter of 2019.
