Demolished existing Physical Plant Building to prepare for addition to the Pinchbeck Building. Gutted and remodeled interior of existing Pinchbeck Building for the relocation of the business services department at University of NC at Pembroke. Constructed concrete loading dock and installed CECO pre-engineered metal storage building for central shipping and receiving departments complete with interior CMU partitions. The construction type is steel frame, metal studs and brick veneer.
