University of North Carolina at Pembroke, North Campus Expansion

An area of new campus development that included duct bank work, sewer, sidewalks, sidewalk lighting, parking lots, a roadway extension, pump station, elevated water tower and an enlarged stormwater pond. The site work/infrastructure will serve new Nursing/Health Professions Building, Cypress Hall dormitory and future buildings at the northern end of UNC-Pembroke’s campus.
