Washington Pre K-12 school is a one story 150,000 square foot school to house grades PK-12 students located in Plymouth NC. The building will be located on the site of the old Pines Elementary School. The project consists of 4 academic wings connected with a two-story open corridor. The new facility will house two gymnasiums, kitchen, food court arts, chorus, and computer labs. Solar panels, geothermal technology and electrochromic glazing will make this facility a high-performance facility that will generate more electricity than it consumes.
Construction is expected to start in February 2023.
