22,008 SF Retail Shopping Center Shell and Tenant Upfits. Includes anchor tenant, Mikoto’s Japanese Restaurant. The building is a sprinkled pre-engineered metal building with stone, brick and stucco façade. The retail center covers a 3 acre side to include 148 surface parking lot. Our Infrastructure Division performed all sitework, natural gas, sanitary sewer, and storm water bio-retention pond.
