Project Description: This courthouse is a three-story, steel framed structure with brick veneer, metal panel on light gauge metal framing, and curtainwall glazing. There is an existing building to be demolished on the site. Proper planning and phasing of this critical early site work will be required. The current building area is shown as 51,697 square feet. The current exterior design utilizes brick, metal wall panels, and curtain wall.
