Metcon is celebrating 25 years of building excellence in the Carolinas. The year, 2025 is significant in many ways. 8 years ago we developed a growth plan to steadily increase our revenues, capacity, footprint, and talent across NC to reach a target of $200M BY 2025. This plan encompassed everything inside our organization: culture, process, organizational structure, operations, safety, and business development. We reached our goal early and surpassed it, as it coincides with our 25th Anniversary.
Throughout the upcoming year, we have several events planned for our employees, their families, our clients and partners. Celebrating the legacy we are building, not only as a Native American Owned firm, but everything that has gotten us here; our people, our partners in the industry, and our clients who have trusted us to deliver.
The biggest event will be our annual corporate meeting, recognizing the team members who have made major contributions to our success. “Paying respect and homage to everyone and everything it took to get to where we are now, and planning for the next 25 years” Aaron Thomas, Founder, President, and CEO.
Looking out to the horizon it is all about continuing.
